Cops: Man Impersonated Officer

Police in Corry are looking for information about a man who impersonated a police K-9 officer, stopped a woman driver and searched her van.

The man reportedly told the woman he suspected her of selling drugs, then led his German shepherd into her van.

Police say the man is between 25 and 30 years old with dark hair and an athletic build. He wore black clothes but did not display a weapon or a badge.

The woman was not hurt.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
