A Jamestown man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of a woman whose body was found in a burned out house about a month ago.

29-year-old David Clemons has been indicted by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury. District Attorney David Foley and Jamestown Police Chief Rex Rater made the announcement this afternoon.

The body of 24-year-old Dana Cowart was found September 29 in a vacant house that had recently been damaged in a fire.
