Operation Family Cookout:
Two More Sentenced
Two more members of the Operation Family Cookout methamphetamine ring have been sentenced.
30-year-old Bradley Hatcher was sentenced to five to 10 years in state prison on charges of possession of meth with intent to distribute. Hatcher pleaded guilty on January 7.
43-year-old Patricia Frey was ordered to serve nine to 18 months in the Erie County Prison for her role in the conspiracy. Frey is the wife of Ronald Frey, who led the distribution ring with his brother, James Frey.
