Salamanca Casino Thief Sentenced
A woman who conspired to steal from the Seneca Gaming Corporation has been sentenced to five years' probation.
37-year-old Sandra Whiteeagle was employed at the Seneca-Allegany Casino when she conspired with 38-year-old Bradley Stahlman and her mother, 55-year-old Brenda Whiteeagle, to steal the identities of several people by making false player's cards.
Brenda Whiteeagle and Stahlman won more than $3,000 with the fraudulent player's cards between November of 2007 and April of 2008.
Sandra Whiteeagle must also do 100 hours of community service and pay $16,647 in restitution.
Earlier this month, Stahlman was also sentenced to five years probation and must do 155 hours of community service and pay $16,647 restitution.
