Boy Moved From Beaver Co. to Erie

The 11-year-old New Castle boy accused of killing his father's pregnant fiancée has been moved to the Edmund L. Thomas Juvenile Detention Center in Erie.

Jordan Brown was transferred this morning from a Beaver County facility. A judge says the Erie facility is better suited to the boy's needs.

Jordan is accused in the February 20 fatal shooting of Kenzie Marie Houk at a farmhouse in New Beaver.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
