Flood Warnings in Effect

The National Weather service has issued a flood warning for the Allegany River in Olean and Salamanca. The river is expected to reach flood stage this afternoon.

Some roads are already flooded and the Clarion River is over its banks in the Cook Forest State Park.

The National Weather Service says the river will remain above flood stage through Monday afternoon. As a result, Clarion, Forest and Jefferson counties remain under a flood warning.

Emergency dispatchers in Warren County say some roads are flooded there, too.
