A 19-year-old from Tioga County is dead after falling into the spillway at Cowanesque Lake.
Scott Beckett of Lawrenceville fell 50 feet from a rock ledge late Friday night or early Saturday morning.
State police believe he climbed over a six-foot fence to get to a restricted area of the dam.
They say the incident appears to be an accident, but they are continuing their investigation.
