Campers, Dogs Rescued from Valley
Eight campers had to be rescued by helicopter from Zoar Valley Monday morning.
The campers were clinging to keep from being swept away by floodwaters. An Erie County Sheriff's Department helicopter pulled them out of the valley at around 6:30.
The victims were treated for hypothermia, but didn't suffer any injuries.
Five dogs were also rescued.
