Kane and other areas experienced flash flooding earlier this afternoon.
The McKean County Emergency Management Agency reports that some roads in Kane and Farmers Valley – including routes 246 and 346 – were covered with water after heavy rain fell in the late morning and early afternoon.
A flash flood warning was in effect until 3 o'clock this afternoon.
News 4 Meteorologist Mike Cejka says we can expect more rain tonight.
