Operation Infamous Choppers

The owner of a Sewickley motorcycle shop and 11 others have been charged with bringing more than five tons of marijuana worth more than $2 million from Arizona to western Pennsylvania.

Attorney General Tom Corbett says 37-year-old John Duzicky, of Sewickley, headed the ring that brought about 400 pounds of marijuana a month from the Tucson area since 2007.

Corbett says Duzicky owned Infamous Choppers in Sewickley. The shop closed more than a year ago.

Corbett says undercover agents bought significant amounts of pot from the organization, which move the drugs in a private plane, trucks and trailers with hollow bottoms.

Corbett says Duzicky has allegedly been involved in transporting marijuana from Arizona, where he also maintains residency, to Beaver County as far back as 1990.
