Tattoo Warning in Jamestown
The Chautauqua County Health Department is urging people who got a tattoo from Kenneth Paul Fenti to get tested for hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV.
Officials say Fenti performed tattoos at a private residence in Jamestown by using a battery-operated toothbrush with needles attached to it.
Fenti has been cited with six health code violations and is scheduled for a hearing on September 11.
Officials say so far no one has come forward with any health problems after getting a tattoo from Fenti.
