Charles Cole Memorial's Behavioral
Health Unit Earns Top Survey Scores

Mental Health Outcomes, Inc. recently released its latest patient survey findings in which Charles Cole Memorial Hospital’s Inpatient Behavioral Health unit exceeded national aggregate results.

Data was obtained upon admission, discharge and post discharge. The survey concluded that 97 percent of patients would recommend the program to family or friends who needed similar treatment. Overall patient satisfaction was ranked at 100 percent, whereas the national aggregate was 96.7 percent. Top scores were also related to length of stay and return visits.

“Many of our patients have health and psychiatric problems as they grow older. Our excellent staff and their love for what they do make the difference for patients that come to us for care. Each patient is cared for and cared about to identify their special needs and plan what will be helpful to make them feel better,” said Netra Baker, RN, director of staff development and professional development.
