Man Drives Into Building
A Brocton man is facing charges after driving his car into a convenience store Sunday night.
In an e-mail sent to WESB and The HERO, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies say a car driven by 46-year-old James Seavy Jr. didn’t stop in front of the store and hit the building, damaging a brick wall and a large plate glass window.
No one was hurt, but Seavy was arrested for driving while intoxicated and cited for having inadequate brakes.
