Three Port Allegany residents are in jail on burglary charges following an incident early Monday morning on Lower Portage Road in Liberty Township.
In a fax sent to WESB and The HERO, Kane-based state police say they arrested 18-year-old Brandon Nelson, 22-year-old David Smoker and 18-year-old Brooke Smoker after getting a lead, obtaining a search warrant and searching a local residence.
During the search they found property belonging to James Young that includes, but is not limited to, a DVD player, knives, hard alcohol, beer, malt beverages and various food items.
