Road Restriction in Warren County

PA 62 southbound lane is closed just north of Tidioute at the intersection
of Cobham Hill Road in Watson Township for slide repairs and wall construction.

There is a 10-foot lane restriction, with through traffic controlled by signals.

The restriction is expected to be lifted by Oct. 1 at 4:30 p.m., according to an e-mail sent to WESB and The HERO by PennDOT.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
