Self-Defense Classes at Pitt-Bradford
Self-defense classes will be held beginning April 15 through the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford’s Outreach Services in downtown Bradford.
Classes will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 15, 22, 29, and May 6, 13 and 20 in the 5th floor ballroom at the Seneca Building. The cost is $15 per person. This exercise class combines various types of martial arts to learn self-defense.
Instructor, Susan Everetts, a seventh Dan Senior Master, is certified under the International Honsinsul Federation. She has been teaching martial arts since 1992, and self-defense is one of her teaching specialties.
