Two Sentenced on Drug Charges

Two people were sentenced Monday on drug charges in Cattaraugus County Court.

55-year-old Vincent Marra Sr. will spend the next 5 years on probation for attempting to sell crack cocaine in Olean on April 17 of last year.

26-year-old Frank Cole will spend a year in Cattaraugus County Jail for attempting to sell a narcotic preparation, also on April 17 of last year, according to a fax sent to WESB and The HERO from the Cattaraugus County District Attorney's office.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
