Downed Trees, Alarms Keep Police Busy

Downed trees, alarms and motorists kept Bradford City Police busy Saturday and Sunday, according to the complaint report and request sheet faxed to WESB and The HERO by the police department.

During Saturday’s storm, police got reports of trees down on East Main and Amm streets and Cottage Row. They also looked into alarms going off on Chautauqua Place, East Main Street, Interstate Parkway and Boylston Street.

They got a report of an erratic driver on South Kendall Avenue, investigated motor vehicle accidents on Congress Street and at the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Summer Street, a hit and run on East Main Street and a parking complaint on Thompson Avenue

Officers also received noise complaints from Bushnell Street, Lincoln Avenue and West Corydon Street, investigated a fight a Barbour Street, removed a person from Bank Street and looked into a theft on Mechanic Street.. They also got an animal complaint from Jackson Avenue and a report of kids in the road on Roberts Street.
