Disturbing Weekend for City Police

It was a disturbing weekend for Bradford City Police. Officers were called to disturbances on Euclid and East avenues, Barbour, Congress and High streets and at establishments on Mechanic and East Main streets, according to the complaint report and request sheet faxed to WESB and The HERO by the police department.

Police also received reports of gun shots on Grove Avenue extension and East Avenue, fights on Bushnell and Mechanic streets and South Avenue and thefts on East Main, High and Chestnut streets.

Officers were called to reports of harassment on South Avenue, a dispute on Cole Avenue, disorderly conduct on Barbour Street, a neighbor dispute on Congress Street, vandalism on East Main Street, a traffic complaint on Euclid Avenue and an animal complaint on Edwards Street.

They were also alerted to suspicious activity on Congress Street, noise at a downtown motel and loud noise on Congress Street.
