State Rep. Kathy Rapp (R-Warren/Forest/McKean) is hosting open house hours in order to connect with constituents and answer any state-related questions they may have.
The open house will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 29, at Rapp's Kane district office, located at 8 Field St. The telephone number is (814) 837-0880.
