Pitt, Penn State to Meet on Gridiron

One of the nation's fiercest football rivalries will be renewed as Penn State and the University of Pittsburgh have agreed to meet on the gridiron again.

The first game will be September 10, 2016, in Pittsburgh. The next will be September 16, 2017, in Beaver Stadium.

The teams have met 96 times over the years. Their first meeting was in 1893. The last was in 2000.
