Man Pleads Not Guilty to Shooting
The Randolph man accused of firing a shot that hit a school bus last month was arraigned yesterday and pleaded not guilty.
William Squire is charged with criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and a DEC violation of firing a shot across a highway.
The school bus was hit while traveling along Route 241 in Conewango.
None of the 35 students from Kindergarten through 12th grade or the bus driver were injured.
Squire is free on his own recognizance.
