Ex-Leon FD Treasurer Pleads Guilty
The former treasurer of the Leon Fire Department has pleaded guilty in Cattaraugus County Court to stealing more than $33,000 from the fire department.
75-year-old Frederick Weaver falsified business records for the fire department between January 2008 and February 2011.
Weaver will be sentenced on April 23.
