A Bradford man accused of illegally selling Oxycodone has waived his preliminary hearing.
58-year-old Harold Cook allegedly sold 4 pills to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force for $60, according to papers filed in District Judge Dominic Cercone's office. The alleged incident happened on August 25, 2010.
Cook is free on unsecured bail.
