Man Pleads to Burglary, Robbery

A man already in Cattaraugus County Jail has pleaded guilty to burglary and robbery in connection to an incident in September of 2009.

23-year-old Nathan Clester was extradited by the State of Florida and sent to the jail in Little Valley in December. Earlier, a Cattaraugus County grand jury indicted him for robbing a Farmersville resident at gunpoint.

Clester was being held in Florida for pointing a gun at a woman during a road rage incident, then running from police.

He’ll be sentenced in Cattaraugus County on May 7.
