Tossed Food Wrapper Lands Man in Jail
A man who threw a food wrapper out the window of a moving vehicle ended up spending the weekend in jail.
Sheriff’s deputies say 19-year-old Patrick Seekings of Jamestown was a passenger in the vehicle. When they stopped the car to cite him for littering, they learned he had an outstanding warrant for an assault in Jamestown.
The driver didn’t get away scot free. 17-year-old Teale DiDomenico was charged for driving after 9 p.m. on a learner’s permit and displaying a fictitious inspection certificate.
