Couple Allegedly Dealing Drugs from Home
A Jamestown couple has been arrested for allegedly selling drugs from their home.
After receiving tips from concerned citizens police searched the James Avenue home of 54-year-old Keith Carlson and 50-year-old Julie Carlson and found three ounces of uncut powdered cocaine, 112 grams of marijuana, a variety of prescription drugs and paraphernalia and $18,000 in cash.
Police Chief Harry Snellings says tips from the public were instrumental in the arrests because the Carlsons are not what would be considered typical drug dealers, and don’t live in a neighborhood associated with that kind of activity.
