Jamestown Teens in Catt County Court

One Jamestown teenager has pleaded guilty and another not guilty in connection to a burglary December 15 in Cattaraugus County.

17-year-old Alex Colley admitted to breaking into a building in South Valley. He will be sentenced on October 9.

His co-defendant, 16-year-old Jaycee Moore, pleaded not guilty to a felony count of criminal mischief. Her case has been adjourned for motions.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
