Man Accused of Trying to Push Girlfriend Out of Moving Car on I-86
A Kennedy, New York, man is accused of trying to push his girlfriend out of a moving car that he also allegedly tried to crash.
Sheriff’s deputies say 25-year-old Sam Lee Critzer jerked the steering wheel of his car in an attempt to crash it while he was driving on Interstate 86 in Randolph Saturday night. He also allegedly tried to push his girlfriend out of the car and onto the interstate.
He was charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child and sent to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
