Bradford Man Facing Multiple Charges

A Bradford man is facing a number of charges in four separate cases.

City police executed a search warrant at the Congress Street home of James Bolyard Jr. and seized a pound of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and more than $1,400 in cash.

All together he’s charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and DUI. His bail is $50,000.

Police say their investigation into Bolyard’s activities started in September of last year.
