Woman Charged after Head-On Crash

A Clymer, New York, woman is facing charges following a head-on crash at just before 7 p.m. Saturday.

Sheriff’s deputies say 32-year-old Laura Graves was driving while intoxicated with two children in her car when she crossed the center line of Route 474 and hit another vehicle head-on.

The driver of the other vehicle was treated and then released from Corry Hospital.

Graves is charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra’s Law because the children in the car were younger than 15. She was released to a sober family member and issued appearance tickets for Town of Clymer Court.
