Citizen Tip Leads to Drug Arrests
State Police say they were called about a vehicle being repeatedly parked in a business parking lot after business hours. The caller said the three men got out of the vehicle, which had out of state plats, and walked toward an abandoned building that had been broken into a number of times by copper thieves.
Troopers monitored the area throughout the weekend and, on early Sunday morning saw the men. When the men were leaving the area, the driver did not signal that he was making a turn, so troopers stopped the vehicle.
30-year-old Gregory Dzielski, 27-year-old Mark Dzielski and 30-year-old Justin Eck were subsequently charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic instrument for having heroin and a syringe. They are also charged with criminal trespass. They have been scheduled to appear in Perrysburg Court.
