Man Accused of Kicking State Trooper

A Jamestown man is accused of kicking a state trooper who was arresting him for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Police say that following a three-car crash in Jamestwon 32-year-old Robert Kost was arrested for driving under the influence, and then kicked a trooper several times. After that, police added resisting arrested and harassment to his charges. Police say this is the second time within the last two months Kost has been arrested for DWI after an accident.

He is scheduled to appear in City of Jamestown Court.
