Two Facing Drug Charges

Two people are facing charges after the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force found about a quarter of a pound of marijuana at the house of one of the people.

Agents found the marijuana packaged for sale as well as scales and other paraphernalia at the Wellsville home of 43-year-old Richard Clute. They also found a Remington rifle that Clue was not legally allowed to have, a a small amount of Suboxone.

Clute is charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon. 28-year-old Niomi Mighells is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

They are scheduled to appear in Town of Willing Court.
