Sheriff’s deputies say the people on Southside Avenue were awakened at around 2 a.m., but the intruder left without confrontation.
Following an investigation, deputies issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Kevin Pattyson, who was found at his home and taken into custody without incident.
His bail is set at $10,000.
