State police say 54-year-old Cheryl Nuhfer was about a mile-and-a-half from Hatch Run Road, near the Warren Mall, when her car left the road on a curve, went into a ditch and rolled onto its side.
Nuhfer was taken to Warren General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
