Sheriff’s deputies say 28-year-old Eric Dustin and 27-year-old Brian Dustin were found in the middle of Dredge Road in the Town of Dayton after one of their snowmobiles broke down at around 11:45 Saturday night.
Both men are charged with operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, and operating an unregistered and uninsured snowmobile. They are scheduled to appear in Town of Dayton Court.
