Man Allegedly Pushed Sheriff's Deputy

A Frewsburg man is accused of pushing a sheriff’s deputy during an incident early Sunday morning in Kiantone.

Sheriff’s deputies say they were interviewing a person at around 5 a.m. when 49-year-old Roman Gedz pushed a deputy to get to, and argue with, the other person.

Gedz was charged with obstructing governmental administration, and was sent to jail on $2,000 cash bail.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
