On Monday police charged Jamestown 18-year-olds Michael Morley and Kyle Senear with assault, robbery and conspiracy. On Tuesday, the arrested 31-year-old Stacey Simmers of Warren and 28-year-old William Sloppy of Jamestown. They are both charged with conspiracy. Simmers is also charged with robbery.
