Man Charged for Trespassing on School Grounds

A Cattaraugus, New York, man is facing charges for repeatedly trespassing on the grounds of the Cattaraugus-Little Valley High School.

School district officials told state police a man was going onto school property after hours, climbing into Dumpsters and removing aluminum cans.

On March 7 police identified the man at 29-year-old Charles Cox and told him not to go back to the school or he would be charged with trespassing. Within 48 hours he was seen on video surveillance cameras at the school.

He is scheduled to be in New Albion Court later this month.
