Bradford Man Surrenders in Catt County

A Bradford man wanted on several charges in the city turned himself in to Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies early this morning.

Andrew Miller was arraigned in Randolph Town Court as a fugitive from justice and was sent to jail to await an extradition hearing.

He was wanted on charged of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving without a license and careless driving for incidents that happened last Tuesday, his 18th birthday.
