Safford is scheduled for sentencing in Cattaraugus County Court on January 6.

Also today, Philip Boudreaux and Bryant Galmer, both of Olean, pleaded not guilty to selling heroin back in January. Jessica Gunning of Olean pleaded not guilty to selling hydromorphone and Oxycontin. All three cases have been adjourned for motions.
