Man Who Had Unstamped Cigarettes
Sentenced in Catt County Court
A man who was found with more than 30,000 unstamped cigarettes will spend the next five years on probation.
54-year-old Steven Licata of West Seneca was sentenced today in Cattaraugus County Court for attempted to evade or defeat the state’s cigarette tax. Licata must also pay a $1,000 fine.
The incident happened on June 2, 2012, in the Town of Carrollton.
