Guilty Plea for Holding Police at Bay

The Olean man who held police at bay for about an hour and a half, and fired a shot from a rifle out the back door of his apartment, has pleaded guilty to a felony count of reckless endangerment.

Frank DiLorenzo eventually surrendered to police on July 18.

No one was hurt in the incident.

DiLorenzo is scheduled for sentencing on January 26.
