Two Plead Guilty to Running Meth Lab

Two men have pleaded guilty to running a meth lab in Allegany.

Anthony Ray, who turns 33 tomorrow, and lived at the South Seventh Street house that was raided back in March, along with 36-year-old Raymond Shaffer Jr. of Olean, are charged with criminal possession of ingredients to make methamphetamine.

Their co-defendant, 32-year-old Joshua Safford, who also lived in the Allegany house, pleaded guilty last month.

All three are scheduled for sentencing on January 6 in Cattaraugus County Court.
