Alleged Co-Conspirator in Pharmacy Robbery
Waives Preliminary Hearing; Remains Jailed

A man charged with conspiring to rob Buchanan Brothers Pharmacy in Eldred has waived his preliminary hearing.

29-year-old Adam Bachman of Smethport is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and theft for the September 13 incident.

Also today, his bail was reduced from $50,000 to $25,000.

His alleged co-conspirator, 23-year-old Chase Lotter of Eldred, is accused of going into the pharmacy, claiming to have a gun and demanding prescription pain killers. He got 151 Oxycontin pills valued at $1,100, according to court records. He’s jailed on $150,000 bail.
