Four Charged for Selling Beer to 20-Year-Olds

Four people have been charged with selling beer to 20-year-olds at various places in Cattaraugus County.

State police say 21-year-old Troy Osborne of Arcade made the sale at Walgreens in Yorkshire; 22-year-old Rosemary Ames of Olean at Country Fair in Olean; 24-year-old Stephanie Vesotski of Allegany at Randy’s Up the River in Allegany; and 30-year-old Bradley Nitsche of Olean at the Dugout Sports Bar in Olean.

All four are scheduled to appear in court early next month.

What a load of BS! NYS is a police state. Let's ruin young people's lives over the sale of alcohol to minors. No one else is responsible...not even the parents. Oh..but wait 12 more months and everyone is now legal! What a joke!
