Sheriff’s deputies say a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Jason Chapel of Salamanca was attempting to make a left turn when a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Barry Keeley hit the Chapel vehicle, causing it to flip end over end onto its roof. Chapel and his 12-year-old daughter were flown by Mercy Flight to ECMC and Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, respectively, where they are both in stable condition. An 11-year-old girl in the Chapel vehicle was treated for minor injuries at Olean General Hospital, then released. Keeley was treated for minor chest injuries at Olean General.
