Bindics' 4-Year-Old Nephew Dies
A four year old boy is dead after an accident in Jamestown. Police say a pick-up truck hit and killed 4-year old Timothy Bindics on Falconer Street Monday night. Timothy is a nephew of Jamestown mother Yolanda Bindics, whose 2004 murder remains unsolved.
