Teenager Arrested for Bullying
A teenager has been arrested for bullying. New York State Police say they responded to a complaint about bullying on Tuesday in Friendship and subsequently arrested a 16-year-old, who is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of airway and harassment.
